LUM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
Motivation and ability to do something in a new way

We need to rethink our value and cultural framework, concepts such as social cohesion, community membership, shared identity, system governance, sustainable development of communities and territories and public-private collaboration will be the cultural and operational challenge for decision-makers and organisations. It is the tension to the new humanism, through which it will be possible to encourage people’s involvement, increase their ability to learn, encourage the development of free information flows based on the desire to improve by valuing talents and improving company results.

This is because today no one can afford to delude themselves by thinking that it is enough to carry on with using old systems in a new way, or new systems in an old way

People today should have the motivation and the ability to bring their organisations to do something new in a new way. This is the vision and mission of our School of Management.
