Strategic Urban Project workshop

This workshop is aimed at the shared planning of activities for the Urban Strategic Project of a urban center. In the present Urban Regeneration phase, a phase of zero land consumption and securing landscapes, the definition and verification of a protocol to set priorities and to select the best interventions for a significant effect shall produce Guidelines for Urban Regeneration.

The Strategic Urban Project (PUS – Progetto Urbano Strategico) method is emerging as a tool of intervention on the body of the ideal city to perform Urban Regeneration. With the end of the urban expansion era, the city becomes the perfect place for intervention to react to the urban crisis of the last ten years with evident advantages for economy and society.

Giving verified guidelines to public administrations is a goal that can help many cities plan a global intervention strategy.

Areas and places can actually generate, as a whole, the redevelopment of settlements and, therefore, of communities.
