LUM School of Management has a modern organization, turning the basis of its own foundation into efficiency; an organization capable of building and reinforcing contact paths between teachers and students, academic and productive world, generating precious synergies for students.
The agreement between LUM School of Management and ManpowerGroup, the Summer School in partnership with Heroes in the wonderful Maratea, the School of Business English in partnership with Study Tours: these are further important pieces of the School’s strategy for enhancing all participants and their entry into the job market.
LUM School of Management is therefore the third pillar of LUM University, alongside faculties of Economics and Law. The Scientific Director works with Professor Francesco Albergo, operative director, and a group of young researchers and coordinators of departments and projects, and they all guarantee that the School is always active and increasing its quality.
Together with University Masters and Advanced Training and Specialization Courses, the School offers important activities with a high scientific value: we promote many seminars and important conferences, important occasions to meet and discuss the business innovation processes; the School also takes part to experimental initiatives and researches with the main local players, belonging to both private and public fields.
In this process of development, many fruitful relationships with enterprises, public institutions and health authorities, Third sector and representative organizations are increasingly getting stronger. The School aims to be seen as a privileged partner by all these players, as it can offer skills and resources to collaborate with the productive, institutional and cultural sector, making the same effort every day in improving South and the Mediterranean area and allowing them to grow.
LUM School of Management has therefore a modern organization, turning the basis of its own foundation into efficiency; an organization capable of building and reinforcing contact paths between teachers and students, academic and productive world, generating precious synergies for students: the School is particularly interested in creating relationships and agreements with important local production companies, in order to plan training courses and create occasion for job placement.
But the future history of the School still has to be written: pages that will tell the pride and the passion of those taking part to the difficult adventure of building the progress of their own land, strong with values, ideas, and ambitions.
