The Italian cosmetics industry is not only a flagship of Made in Italy, but also a constantly expanding sector that reached a total turnover of €17.4 billion in 2025 and is projected to achieve 6.1% growth in 2026.
The market has evolved from a linear distribution model into an ecosystem dominated by Omnichannel, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Social Commerce and the Creator Economy.
In this scenario, the Master in Beauty Innovation Management – MABIM, delivered entirely in English, aims to train professionals capable of leading the transformation of the industry through an outstanding educational programme integrating skills in strategic management, digital marketing, brand positioning and consumer analytics, with a focus on applied AI, trend forecasting, customer experience and sustainability.
The MABIM Master prepares professionals to lead innovation and international development processes within the new Beauty and Luxury Management ecosystems, with vertical insights into cosmetics and fragrances, with a specific focus on artistic perfumery, nutraceuticals, food supplements and wellness.
Academic excellence is guaranteed by a high-profile Faculty, acting as a direct bridge between academia and business.
The Faculty brings together leading academics and qualified researchers with PhDs actively engaged in international scientific research, alongside top managers and professionals from leading Beauty and Luxury companies.
Faculty members provide participants with practical expertise, case studies and innovative perspectives, offering direct interaction with key players in the industry.

Admission to the MABIM – Beauty Innovation Management Master requires a Bachelor’s degree, university diploma, Master’s degree or an equivalent foreign qualification.
Candidates who are about to obtain the required academic qualification may also participate in the selection process, provided that they obtain the qualification by the extraordinary examination session of the Academic Year preceding the year of enrolment.
These candidates will be conditionally admitted and may complete their enrolment in the MABIM Master only after obtaining the required qualification.
English language level: minimum B2 required.
Non-EU students are required to provide an English language certificate.
The educational programme is structured into the following modules:
The programme consists of 1,500 hours of training, structured as follows:
Attendance at the activities included in the Master programme is mandatory.
To obtain the qualification, participants must attend at least 70% of the total scheduled class hours.
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants are awarded a First-Level University Master’s Degree, corresponding to 60 University Educational Credits (CFU).
The tuition fee for the Master is €9,000.
