Lean Management is applicable both in service-oriented companies and in production companies, and can be implemented in private companies, public organizations, and healthcare sector, all through the adoption of a “lean” approach.
The Laboratory aims to provide consulting services and support to companies wishing to implement the process in their organization. Through the laboratory, all implementation phases are monitored and supported, from educational and training aspects to practical and operational aspects with the handmade construction of the implementation process.
Among the activities already developed, there are several improvement projects carried out by our laboratory in the Healthcare sector, boasting efficiency projects on a national scale with international context analysis.

THE PER4MANCE MAGAZINE
The research and studies conducted by the workshop gave rise to the need to create a Magazine to shed light on organizational and behavioral dynamics in companies, offering news, best practices, case studies, interviews, and in-depth analyses aimed at “participatione scientiae.”
Per4mance is a special session of the workshop born out of a strong curiosity and desire to analyze and discuss themes of organizational culture contextualized with current events, with the ambition to become a constructive tool for sharing and analyzing models and best practices.
