Management & E-Governance for Public Administration II

University Masters
€ 2.200,00
At the day, if we want to speak about innovation in the field of the Italian Public Administration, we have to face the necessity of the creation of new organizational and administrative models and of a different profile of  the public employee. This necessity comes from the recent happenings within the national and European scenario, happenings that necessarily bring the Public Administration towards governance models and action plans that can better satisfy the need for business efficiency. Moreover, the care for the local dimension and for sustainable development pushes the activities of analysis and planning and the training of public employees towards a higher level of integration with privates and other public subjects in order to achieve balance. These demands can be defined as follows: -increase the transparency level and the quality of the trade -increase the communitarian participation level of business and citizens
  • increase transparency and the quality of the trade
  • increase the participation of companies and citizens;
  • increase the quality and the quantity of the answers to the community’s demands with equal resources, o keep constant such answers without any contraction of such resources;
  • increase public actors’ skills of strategic planning;
  • acknowledge and codify the privates’ contribution to the governance of the system;
  • increase the individuals’ predisposition to work in a long-lasting and integrate way;
  • activate community resources towards common goals.
The LUM School of Management and Nomisma, in collaboration with Centro Studi "Comunicare l'Impresa", and with the partnership of the National Association Comuni Italiani (ANCI) and  ANCITEL, planned a Master that focuses on governance management of public administration.
